Job summary

Wingstop Liverpool is seeking a proactive Shift Manager for our Delivery Kitchen. You’ll lead a fast-paced, no dine-in operation, keeping orders flowing, coaching the team, and upholding Wingstop standards before meals leave the kitchen.

You’ll thrive under pressure, drive speed and accuracy, and help create a positive, energetic team culture with hands-on leadership and guest‑experience focus.

About theRole

As a ShiftManager in our Delivery Kitchen, you’ll be at the centre of a fast-moving,high-energy operation focused entirely on delivering great food, fast. With nodine-in service, it’s all about pace, precision, and teamwork.

You’ll leadyour team through busy periods, keep orders flowing, and make sure every wingmeets our high standards before it leaves the kitchen. It’s a hands‑on rolewhere you’ll take control of the shift, build a strong team rhythm, and deliverconsistently under pressure.
