Job summary

Greggs plc is seeking a Shift Manager at our Corby store. You will lead the on-shift team, ensure excellent customer service, and oversee product preparation and oven management. This is a permanent role with weekly pay and a focus on delivering a brilliant customer experience both in-store and online orders.

You’ll be responsible for motivating staff, maintaining shop standards, and ensuring adequate stock while upholding Greggs values and customer-first culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory role is preferred.
• Strong customer service focus and strong communication skills.
• Reliable with a good attendance record.

# Shift Manager### About the roleJoin us as a Shift Manager and you’ll be part of a team that loves putting customers first.As part of the management team, you’ll be responsible for looking after the shop when the Manager isn’t around. You will engage and motivate the team, and make sure they have what they need to do an amazing job.We serve our customers across a number of different channels; in-shop, delivery, Click + Collect and drive thru.
