Job summary

Greggs is seeking a Shift Manager to join the team at 54 High Street Stroud. You’ll be part of the management team and responsible for looking after the shop when the Manager isn’t around, inspiring the team and ensuring an excellent customer experience whether in-store or online.

Typical shifts include leading by example, serving customers quickly and warmly, preparing products, and keeping displays stocked and the shop tidy. Competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate natural leadership abilities and exceptional customer service.
• Ability to engage and motivate the team to achieve high shop standards.
• Willingness to lead by example and support the shop when the manager isn’t around.

Responsibilities

• Inspire the team to deliver excellent results and maintain the shop’s standards.
• Lead by example and serve customers in a fast, friendly manner.
• Prepare products, including sandwiches and ovens.
• Ensure displays are fully stocked with a wide selection for customers.

Join us as a Shift Manager and you’ll be part of a team that loves putting customers first.

As part of the management team,you’llbe responsible forlooking after the shop when the Managerisn’taround. You will engage and motivate the team, and make sure they have what they need to do an amazing job.

We serve our customers acrossa number ofdifferent channels; in-shop, delivery,Click+Collect and drive thru.Y ou'lllead the way inmaking sure customers have a brilliant experience when shopping with us - whether they order in store or order their food online.

While no two shifts will be the same, during a typical shift you can expect to:

• Inspire the team to deliver amazing results andmaintainthe excellent standards of the shop
• Lead by example and serve our customers in a fast and friendly manner
• Prepare our much-loved products, including making sandwiches and managing the ovens
• Ensure our displays are fullystocked at all times, with plenty of choice available for our customers
• Keep the shop looking clean,tidyand presentable
