Job summary

Honest Burgers Ltd in Covent Garden is seeking a Shift Manager who believes in old-school hospitality and fresh, great food to brighten guests' day. You will lead the floor team and support the General and Assistant Managers to maintain standards and drive a memorable guest experience.

You will be responsible for managing shifts, food safety compliance, coaching staff, and reporting, with a focus on continuous improvement of service and restaurant performance.

• £13.50 - 19.50 per hour OTE (including service charge - our data says you can earn between £1 to £5 per hour on top of your pay)
• Service charge split equally (100% goes to the team)
• Guaranteed full time or part time contracted hours
