After completing a 16-week training programme, you will start with a salary of £26,520, excluding your OTE bonus. We will provide you with training and support to become a Store Manager within 12-18 months.

Solent Pizza is an expanding Domino’s Franchise with 33 stores across Hampshire and Cardiff. We are seeking experienced Managers and Team Leaders who are operationally focused. Our main goal is to make and serve high-quality pizzas quickly, while caring for our customers and leading a large team efficiently.

The Shift Manager role is a fast-paced, hands-on, career progression program designed to give you quick, valuable knowledge to lead you towards becoming a Domino’s Manager in 12-18 months. We will support you throughout your career journey. If you can manage quality, speed, and people, you will achieve great results as a Shift Manager and beyond.

The starting salary for the Shift Manager role is £26,520. At the end of your progression program, you could earn over £34,000 annually, plus additional performance-based earnings.
