Wingstop is opening a brand-new restaurant, and as Shift Manager you’ll lead the opening team from day one. You’ll oversee fast-paced shifts, set the tone, coach staff, and ensure food quality, speed and cleanliness.

This hands-on leadership role rewards energy, adaptability and the ability to build a strong team culture from the ground up, with real responsibility and opportunities to grow within Wingstop.

About theRole

As a ShiftManager in one of ourlocations, you’ll play a key role in bringing a brand-new restaurant to life.You’ll lead fast-paced shifts, helping to set the tone for the team, build ahigh-energy culture, and ensure every process runs smoothly from day one.

You’ll workclosely with your team, coaching and supporting them while maintaining highstandards in food quality, speed, and cleanliness. No two days are the same, you’llthrive on the variety, the buzz of opening a new site, and the chance to shapesomething from the ground up.

This is ahands-on, leadership-focused role with real responsibility, perfect for someonewho loves building teams, delivering results, and making an immediate impact.
