  • Take control of the shift – from setting the

  • Ensure the restaurant is clean, well stocked,
    and fully compliant at all times.

Support the Team...

  • Coach team members during shifts to deliver
    excellent service and follow standards.
  • Help train new starters and create a positive,
    productive team culture.
  • Work closely with senior managers to make sure
    team and guest needs are met.
  • Be the go to person for guests and staff during
    service.
  • Handle any issues or feedback professionally and
    proactively.
  • Lead by example in creating a friendly,
    welcoming atmosphere.

Keep Things Running Smoothly...

  • Monitor stock, cleanliness, and safety standards
    throughout your shift.
  • Follow and enforce company procedures – from
    opening and closing to food safety and cash handling.
  • Contribute to a safe, secure, and supportive
    working environment.

About You:
