Shift Manager

Lead, Inspire, Deliver

Wardle, Nantwich | £34,009 (rising to £37,011 after 6 months)

Alternating shifts: 6am-2pm (Mon-Fri) / 2pm-10pm (Mon-Thu)

What You'll Do:

  • Drive efficiency, improvements, health & safety awareness, and maintain a safe and positive workplace for your team
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, sharing ideas and making an impact
What We're Looking For:
  • Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment (food, pharma, medical devices, or similar)
  • Proven leadership ability-coaching and motivating teams to success
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Solid understanding of workplace health & safety practices
  • Knowledge of BRC standards is a bonus, but not essential (full training provided)
