Job summary

Wingstop Coventry is hiring a Shift Manager to lead busy shifts, support and develop the team, and maintain high standards across service, food quality, and cleanliness. This hands-on role requires leading by example and ensuring every customer has a great experience.

You'll coach Crew Members, drive performance during peak periods, manage stock and daily operations, and collaborate with the team to sustain Wingstop's fast-paced, friendly environment in-store.

About theRole

As a ShiftManager, you’ll take the lead in running smooth, successful shifts whilesupporting and developing your team. You’ll be responsible for maintaining highstandards across service, food quality, and cleanliness, ensuring every customerhas a great experience.

You’llmotivate the team, step in where needed, and keep everything on track duringbusy periods. This is a hands-on role where you’ll lead by example, build teamconfidence, and play a key part in delivering strong operational performance.

This role isbased in one of our restaurants where customers can dine in, as well as ordertakeaway and delivery. As a Shift Manager, you’ll lead from the front duringbusy shifts, supporting your team, driving standards, and making sure everycustomer leaves with a great experience.
