After completing a 16-week training programme, you will start with a salary of £26,520, excluding your OTE bonus. We will provide you with training and support to become a Store Manager within 12-18 months.

Solent Pizza is an expanding Domino’s Franchise with 33 stores across Hampshire and Cardiff. We are seeking experienced Managers and Team Leaders who are operationally focused. Our main goal is to make and serve high-quality pizzas quickly while caring for our customers and leading large teams efficiently.

The Shift Manager role is a fast-paced, hands-on, career progression program designed to equip you with valuable knowledge to become a Domino’s Manager in 12-18 months. We will support you throughout your career journey. If you can manage quality, speed, and people, you will succeed as a Shift Manager and beyond.

The starting salary for the Shift Manager role is £26,520. Upon completing the progression program, your earnings could exceed £34,000 annually, with additional performance-related bonuses.

Hours: Full-time, including evenings and weekends, contracted to hours per week.
