A popular food retailer in Cambridge is looking for a Shift Manager to join their team. You will lead, motivate, and support your team in delivering excellent customer service across various ordering channels. The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory experience and a passion for customer satisfaction. About the role
You’ll be part of a team that loves putting customers first. As part of the management team, you’ll be responsible for looking after the shop when the Manager isn’t around. You will engage and motivate the team, and make sure they have what they need to do an amazing job.
We serve our customers across different channels: in-shop, delivery, Click + Collect, and drive-thru. You'll lead the way in ensuring customers have a brilliant experience whether they order in store or online.
