Qualifications

• Proven experience in leading teams and delivering results in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, or Six Sigma methodologies with a track record of successful implementation.
• Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively across all levels.
• Coaching and developing team members to support career growth.

• Communicate organizational updates effectively and lead the team through change with clarity and confidence.
