Greggs in Bangor is seeking a Shift Manager to lead day-to-day operations in a busy shop. You’ll inspire and develop the team, ensure excellent customer service, manage ovens, and keep displays stocked and the shop clean. You’ll contribute to a brilliant customer experience across in-store, delivery and Click+Collect channels.

The role offers £13.80 per hour with 16 contract hours, and opportunities for progression within Greggs. Interview discussions will cover shift patterns and availability.

Qualifications

• Reliable, with natural leadership abilities.
• Experience supervising teams in a customer-facing environment is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Inspire the team to deliver amazing results and maintain high shop standards.
• Lead by example and serve customers in a fast, friendly manner.
• Prepare products, including sandwiches and oven management.
• Keep displays fully stocked with a wide selection for customers.
• Maintain a clean, tidy and presentable shop.

About the role

Join us as a Shift Manager and you’ll be part of a team that loves putting customers first.

As part of the management team,you’llbe responsible forlooking after the shop when the Managerisn’taround. You will engage and motivate the team, and make sure they have what they need to do an amazing job.

We serve our customers acrossa number ofdifferent channels; in-shop, delivery,Click+Collect and drive thru.Y ou'lllead the way inmaking sure customers have a brilliant experience when shopping with us - whether they order in store or order their food online.

While no two shifts will be the same, during a typical shift you can expect to:

• Inspire the team to deliver amazing results andmaintainthe excellent standards of the shop
• Lead by example and serve our customers in a fast and friendly manner
• Prepare our much-loved products, including making sandwiches and managing the ovens
• Ensure our displays are fullystocked at all times, with plenty of choice available for our customers
• Keep the shop looking clean,tidyand presentable
