About the role

Join us as a Shift Manager and be part of a team that puts customers first. You’ll be responsible for managing the shop when the manager isn’t available, engaging and motivating the team, and ensuring they have what they need to excel. We serve customers across various channels: in-shop, delivery, Click+Collect, and drive-thru. You will lead the team to ensure customers have a brilliant experience, whether ordering in-store or online. Typical shift responsibilities include:

  1. Inspire the team to deliver excellent results and maintain high standards
  2. Lead by example by serving customers efficiently and warmly
  3. Prepare products, including making sandwiches and managing ovens
  4. Keep displays stocked and appealing
  5. Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the shop
