About the role

Join us as a Shift Manager and be part of a team that prioritizes customers. As part of the management team, you'll be responsible for overseeing the shop when the Manager isn’t available. You will motivate the team and ensure they have what they need to excel. We serve customers through various channels including in-shop, delivery, Click+Collect, and drive-thru. Your role will be to ensure customers have a fantastic experience whether they order in store or online. Typical shift responsibilities include:

1. Inspire the team to deliver excellent results and maintain high standards
2. Lead by example and serve customers efficiently and courteously
3. Prepare products, including making sandwiches and managing ovens
4. Keep displays stocked with a variety of choices
5. Maintain a clean, tidy, and presentable shop
