Shift Maintenance Engineer (FMCG)

Permanent

Bala

Salary: £46,000

Working Hours: 4 on 4 off rotation between Days (6am-6pm) and Nights (6pm 6am)

Our reputable FMCG client is currently looking for an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join the business.

Main Responsibilities of the Maintenance Engineer

• To perform electrical repairs and maintenance as required throughout the site, ensuring seamless operations.
• To assist with general engineering maintenance tasks as needed, supporting our overall maintenance strategy.
• To carry out electrical installations as required, thoroughly testing and inspecting to ensure safety and quality standards.
• To collaborate with colleagues to implement and maintain company policies related to food safety, quality, and legality, as they pertain to this role.

Experience and Skills required

• Previous Maintenance Engineer experience electrically Biased (Preferably within an FMCG environment)
• Team working
• Good spoken communication
• A responsible attitude
• Ability to plan and prioritise your own work and other people's
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Good multitasker
• Attention to detail
