Job summary

A leading engineering firm is seeking a High Voltage Shift Engineer for critical site maintenance in Marble Arch, West End. The role requires experience with High Voltage systems, with a salary of £55,000 plus shift allowance and overtime. Ideal candidates will possess a City & Guilds in Electrical Engineering and demonstrate a proactive approach to workload management.

Qualifications

• High Voltage Authorised Person Ticket must be in date or expired.
• Experience in corporate building maintenance and critical sites required.
• Data Centre Certificate desirable.

Responsibilities

• Complete scheduled critical PPMs and manage workload.
• Be the first point of call for critical reactive issues.
• Carry out electrical fault finding and minor repairs.
• Ensure all maintenance tasks are documented.

Overview

HIGH VOLTAGE SHIFT ENGINEER

We are working with one of our closest FM service provider partners to help source experienced building services engineers who are HV authorised.

This will be on a brand new contract with corporate offices and data centres onsite.

Shift Pattern: 4 on/4 off days and nights

Salary: £55,000 (Shift allowance will be added) + Overtime

Location: Marble Arch, West End

Main duties

• Completing scheduled critical PPMs and managing own workload.
• Being first point of call for critical reactive issues.
• Carrying out electrical fault finding, isolations and minor repairs.
• Ensuring all maintenance tasks are documented and recorded.

Requirements

1. High Voltage Authorised Person Ticket (In Date or Expired)
2. City & Guilds in Electrical Engineering
3. Experience within corporate building maintenance & critical sites
4. Data Centre Certificate Desirable
