Position: Shift Manager

As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for completing all shift work requirements by orienting, assisting, and coaching employees. You will ensure all standards are met by adhering to production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards. Your role includes monitoring operations, reallocating resources, and resolving operational problems.

You will work within a multi-million-pound restaurant, managing a team of 100 or more employees. You will be part of the management team driving your restaurant forward by building sales, increasing profitability, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Candidate Profile:
  • Experience in managing and leading teams within retail, hospitality, business, or customer-focused environments.
  • This role is restaurant-based and involves working flexible shift patterns, including weekends and bank holidays.
