Qualifications

• Solid experience as a server or supervisor and you’re ready for more.
• Ability to lead a team through a buzzing, busy service.
• Reliable, positive, and passionate about making people smile.
• Eager to learn the operational side of a successful restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the restaurant and act as keyholder.
• Lead the team when the GM is away and ensure guest hospitality.
• Cashing up and compliance while staying front-and-centre as a role model.
