Chesterfield Poultry is seeking a Factory Manager to oversee daily operations in our Doncaster food production facility, ensuring efficient, safe and compliant performance across packing and cutting.

You will lead production teams, optimise workflows, manage budgets and KPIs, and drive lean initiatives to boost productivity while upholding HACCP, GMP and BRC standards, fostering a culture of safety and quality.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience (5+ years) in a fast-paced food manufacturing or FMCG production management.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, GMP, BRC).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in production planning and ERP systems is a plus.
