Job summary

Domino’s stores are looking for a proactive Shift Runner to manage store operations during shifts, coach the team, and uphold high service and hygiene standards. You’ll take charge in the absence of managers and drive a positive customer experience.

Role requires leadership, flexibility to work evenings and weekends, and the ability to maintain pace in a fast-moving environment while following Food Hygiene and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in busy fast-paced environments.
• Knowledge of basic food safety practices and hygiene.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise team members during designated shifts
• Open and close the store, manage shift changes and complete shift reports
• Ensure all food preparation is completed to company standards
• Deliver fast, accurate and outstanding service to customers
• Maintain product control and ensure correct volumes are prepared
• Ensure the store cleaning standards are maintained
• Complete statutory paperwork in line with Food Hygiene Regulations and company Health & Safety standards
