Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Cash handling, food safety, and health & safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Execute shift duties accurately and efficiently.
• Oversee Team Members' Shift Excellence tasks and maintain cleanliness.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Provide feedback to the GM on Team Member performance.
• Assist with interviewing Team Members and managing labour.
