Job Description:

Join a passionate team making a difference in young lives! Were seeking an experienced Shift Leader to support and guide a dedicated care team in a nurturing residential setting for children and young people with emotional and behavioural needs.

What Youll Do:
? Lead and support staff during shifts
? Ensure high standards of care and safeguarding
? Manage incidents and decision-making in real time
? Promote routines, boundaries, and therapeutic approaches
? Work closely with management to deliver care plans

What Youll Need:
?? Minimum Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
?? Experience in a childrens home setting
?? Strong leadership and communication skills
?? Calm, confident, and child-focused approach
