We are seeking a Back of House Shift Leader to grow with us and share in our success. You will work alongside the Restaurant Management team to deliver high-quality food and excellent guest care, ensuring brand standards are met and every guest leaves satisfied.

Requirements:

  • Prioritize guest satisfaction in all tasks
  • Maintain a positive attitude

  • Manage store operations, including scheduling and staff management

  • Understand the menu comprehensively
  • Follow sanitation standards, including washing cookware and utensils
  • Complete daily paperwork accurately
