As a Shift Manager, you will fulfill all shift work requirements by guiding, assisting, and coaching employees. You will ensure standards are met by following production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards. You will monitor operations, reallocate resources, and resolve operational issues.

You will work within a multi-million-pound restaurant and manage a team of 100 or more employees. You will be part of the management team that drives your restaurant forward by building sales, increasing profitability, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

This position is open to individuals with experience in managing and leading teams within retail, hospitality, business, or customer-focused environments. The role is restaurant-based and involves working varied shift patterns, including weekends and bank holidays.
