As a Shift Manager, you will accomplish all shift work requirements by orienting, assisting, and coaching employees. You will ensure all standards are met by following production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards. You will monitor operations, reallocate resources, and solve operational problems.

You will work within a multi-million-pound restaurant and manage a team of 100 or more employees. You will be part of the management team driving your restaurant forward by building sales, increasing profitability, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

This position is open to individuals with experience managing and leading teams within retail, hospitality, business, or customer-focused environments. The role involves working in a restaurant setting with flexible shift patterns, including weekends and bank holidays.
