Tesco is looking for a Shift Lead to guide store teams in delivering excellent customer service and smooth daily operations. You will act as the go-to person for store queries, support across departments, and lead in the Manager’s absence. The role values adaptability and strong communication to keep service levels high.

Paid hourly with minimum 16 hours per week and potential to work longer shifts. Location-based wage varies, with some sites offering extra payments.

Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks’ notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we’re looking for, we still encourage you to apply.

• A natural leader who motivates and inspires the team to deliver outstanding results.
