Job summary

Tesco Shift Lead role focused on delivering a great in-store experience. You’ll lead the team, work across all areas, and become the go-to person for day-to-day queries. You’ll build positive, inclusive relationships and confidently lead the store in the Manager’s absence.

Pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in M25 stores, with a guaranteed minimum of 16 hours per week (12 hours also available). We aim to support flexible working and a diverse, inclusive team.

Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks’ notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we’re looking for, we still encourage you to apply.
