Job summary

Tesco UK is hiring a Shift Lead to steer store teams in delivering outstanding customer service and daily operations. You'll lead the team, coordinate across departments, and ensure smooth in-store experiences.

You’ll work in a fast-paced retail environment, be a clear communicator, and act as a role model in service and leadership. This role offers flexible hours with a guaranteed minimum weekly hours and progression opportunities within Tesco.

Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks’ notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we’re looking for, we still encourage you to apply.
