As a Shift Leader, you will support the running of the store – leading the team, delivering outstanding customer service, and upholding our high standards of coffee and food.

Responsibilities

• Lead team during shifts, ensuring excellent service and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain store standards – cleanliness, stock, and presentation.
• Support staff training and performance management.
• Participate in daily operations and shift handovers.

Qualifications

Starter rate for Shift Leaders in this location is £12.26 per hour, increasing to £12.41 with service.
