Candidate Qualifications:

• Customer-focused with a positive attitude
• Friendly and service-oriented
• Strong communication skills
• Problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable with noise and fast-paced environments
• Ability to manage allergens and handle kitchen heat
• At least 18 years old
• Preferably 1+ year supervisory experience in food service or retail
• Able to stand/walk for 8-9 hours; lift up to 50 pounds
• Food safety certification required within 30 days in Illinois

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead shift team members, assign tasks, and provide feedback
• Follow security and health standards
• Manage cash and operate cash register
• Prepare food and ensure quality standards
• Restock supplies and maintain cleanliness
• Handle customer complaints professionally
• Other duties as assigned

Note: All Shift Leaders and Managers must complete Food Safety Certification through authorized agencies.
