Tesco Shift Lead role in the United Kingdom places you at the heart of our stores, delivering a great customer experience, leading a team, and coordinating daily store operations.

Starting pay is £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, with some locations offering 12+ hours. Flexible hours and a commitment to inclusion are part of Tesco's culture.

Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks’ notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we’re looking for, we still encourage you to apply.
