Job summary

Tortilla Mexican Grill plc in Liverpool is seeking a Shift Leader to join our team on a permanent basis with part-time and full-time opportunities. You’ll be paid up to £13.21 per hour and enjoy a lively, supportive working environment focused on team development and great guest experiences.

We value friendly, outgoing leaders who can train and motivate crew, maintain standards, and help drive the day-to-day success of the restaurant. Previous supervisory experience in hospitality is desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience in a bar, restaurant, hotel, coffee shop or fast food chain as a Team Leader or Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train crew to maintain service standards.
• Support shift operations to ensure smooth service.
• Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer issues professionally.

Here at Tortilla, we are seeking to recruit a Shift Leader to join us in Liverpool. You will join us on a permanent basis, with part-time and full-time opportunities available, and in return, you will receive a competitive rate of upto £13.21 per hour, paid every 2 weeks.
