The Beefy Boys is a fast-growing burger joint seeking a Shift Leader to guide our team on busy shifts and ensure guests leave with a smile and a full belly. You will drive smooth service, support crew, and step into management when needed in a lively environment.

For us, there’s no such thing as a “just a cheeseburger.” Oh no, we’re talking about a universe of patties: from thick, juicy 6oz steakhouse delights to crispy diner-style smashburgers, and even the oh-so-filthy Oklahoma-style patties that’ll have you questioning your entire existence.

Now, we’re on the hunt for a Shift Leader who’s ready to jump in, have a blast, and help keep the place buzzing! You’ll be right in the mix, helping out where needed and making sure the burgers keep coming and the atmosphere stays electric!

What You Need:

Be a Team Player: You’ll help keep the team motivated, making sure everyone’s working together to keep things running smoothly. You’ll lead by example and keep the energy high, while making sure everyone is having a great time!

Customer Vibes: You’ll make sure every guest feels like they’re at a mate’s BBQ – from greeting them with a smile to making sure the food and drinks are spot on. It's all about creating a fun and relaxed atmosphere!

Keep Things Moving: You’ll be a key extension of the management team, always stepping in when needed to keep the service flowing like a well-oiled machine. Whether it’s jumping in to assist the team, solving problems on the fly, or ensuring the pace never slows down, you’ll tackle it head-on and keep things running smoothly. No hiccups, no hold-ups – you’ve got it covered!

Support the Crew: You’re the go-to person for the team during your shift. You’ll help out wherever needed, whether that’s giving a hand in the kitchen or helping customers – no task is too big or small!

Get It Done: Things can get fast-paced, but you’ve got a cool head and a positive attitude. You’ll help keep everything in check without stressing, making sure everyone stays on track and the shift runs smoothly.
