Job summary

Tesco is seeking a Shift Lead to guide store teams, deliver outstanding customer service, and ensure smooth daily operations. You will lead in the Manager’s absence, coordinate across store areas, and coach colleagues to maintain high service standards.

Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks’ notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we’re looking for, we still encourage you to apply.
