Drive Financial Success: You’ll support the restaurant’s financial goals by helping to manage labour costs, reducing waste, and ensuring that service is efficient and effective. By helping the team understand the ‘why’ behind key decisions, you’ll build awareness and shared accountability.

Work Together as One Team: You’ll work hand-in-hand with the floor, bar, kitchen, and management team to make sure everything comes together seamlessly. With clear communication and a hands-on attitude, you’ll help create a shift that feels cohesive, supportive, and high-performing.
