Job summary

Café Rouge in Bedford is seeking a dedicated Supervisor to lead front-of-house operations and support the Management Team. You will open and close the building, prep for service, supervise shifts, and be the main contact for both guests and team members to ensure smooth service.

You thrive in a fast-paced, upbeat environment, excel at building rapport, and are passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences that make guests feel valued from the moment they walk in.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for opening and securely closing the building
• Help prepare for service, working closely with the Management Team and helping run the shifts
• Be great at building rapport and being a point of contact for the team members,both back and front of house.
• Be obsessed with customer service and delighting each and every one of our guests
• Be used to working in a fast paced, upbeat environment, where the floor is your stage!
