Job summary

Nando's Chickenland Limited in Yate, Gloucestershire is seeking a Shift Lead to support daily shift operations, supervise a team, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. This on-site role requires leadership, energy, and a passion for delivering the brand’s PERi-PERi moments.

You will help run fast-paced shifts, motivate staff, and maintain service standards while fostering a fun, inclusive environment for all Nandocas. This is a full-time, hourly-position based in Yate.

• Experience leading or supervising a team in a fast-paced environment.
