B&Q Swansea is seeking a Shift Lead to be the heartbeat of the store, coordinating daily operations and ensuring customers are served efficiently. The role involves leading a team, ensuring safety, and being the first point of contact for staff and customers in a busy retail environment.

This permanent, full-time position offers 36.75 hours per week with a competitive package and benefits. Based in Swansea, it requires engaging leadership and a customer-focused mindset to drive store performance.

Full-time equivalent £27,709.50 per annum + Pension + 6.6 Weeks Holiday
