B&Q Loughborough is seeking a Shift Lead for a full-time, permanent role. This keyholder position features early 6am to late 10pm shifts, with a 36.75-hour week and a salary of £27,709.50 per year plus pension and 6.6 weeks holiday.

Responsibilities

• Make sure colleagues are deployed correctly to ‘make every customer count’ throughout your shift.
• Be the first point of contact for customers and colleagues.
• Make sure our stores are safe at all times.
