B&Q Basildon is looking for a Shift Lead to join our store team. You’ll support day‑to‑day operations, help Department Managers, and coach colleagues to deliver outstanding customer service.

We offer flexible contracts (Full Time, Part Time or Job Share), a comprehensive benefits package and structured development through our learning platforms. Interviews may be face‑to‑face or online.
