B&Q Scarborough is seeking a Shift Lead to support department managers and run day-to-day store operations. You’ll lead a team during shifts, ensure excellent customer service, stock control, and safety compliance across the floor and tills.

This keyholder role requires reliability across early mornings to late evenings. We offer training, discounts, pensions and wellbeing benefits, with opportunities to develop into more senior positions within the Kingfisher family.

This is a keyholder position, with shifts ranging from an earliest start time of 6.00am to a latest finish time of 10.00pm
