Shift Engineer / Property Maintenance Officer

Imperial London Hotels Group, based in Bloomsbury, is seeking a skilled Shift Engineer / Property Maintenance Officer to join our dedicated property maintenance team. This role involves overseeing daily maintenance tasks, including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, general building repairs, painting, flooring, and facility repairs, ensuring guest bedrooms are well-maintained and presented in immaculate condition.

Hours: 5/7 days a week, flexible hours required.

Location: Bloomsbury, London

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years experience in Property Maintenance or similar role
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Proactive and safety-conscious
• Team player in a busy environment
• Experience with maintenance management systems
• Excellent communication skills

Desirable: Experience with Saeker and OPERA PMS System; hotel maintenance experience.
