What are we looking for?

We're seeking a Packaging Engineer to work in our packaging departments, supporting the production of approximately 4.2 mhl per year of brewing and packaging some of the nation's favorite brands. Our Engineers perform corrective maintenance and support operators to ensure safe, efficient, and timely recoveries from plant stoppages to minimize lost time and optimize performance.

About You

Beyond being passionate about your job and able to work in a fast-paced environment, ideally you will have:

• Necessary trade qualifications (NVQ Level 3 in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, HNC, or CITB Apprenticeship at the equivalent level)
• Experience working in a highly automated and safety-critical manufacturing site
• Experience with planned maintenance techniques and Computerized Maintenance Management systems
• A mindset focused on continuous improvement
• Confidence and ability to work autonomously
