Lamb Weston Holdings, Inc. seeks a Shift Engineer (including Electrical Engineer) to support a 12-hour rotating shift pattern (days and nights) in our Maintenance department.

The role focuses on preventive and corrective maintenance across electrical and mechanical disciplines to ensure reliability and minimize downtime. The successful candidate will work under the Reactive Maintenance Manager, handle CMMS documentation, and participate in 4-shift system operations with other engineers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years maintenance engineering experience in automated manufacturing
• SAP/SCADA experience is beneficial
• City & Guilds / HNC equivalent qualifications preferred

Responsabilités

• Follow safety procedures including LOTO
• Carry out corrective maintenance to reduce MTTR
• Complete CMMS documentation
• Carry out preventive maintenance (PPM) and inspections
• Assist in identifying recurring faults and improvements
• Coordinate with shift manager and engineers on issues
