Job summary

HVAC Recruitment Limited is seeking a Shift Engineer - Electrical for a permanent role in Northampton. The position focuses on PPM, reactive maintenance, fault finding and electrical work within a facilities management setting on a business-critical commercial site.

Ideal candidates have experience in FM or building maintenance with an electrical background, 18th Edition, and relevant City & Guilds qualifications. BMS familiarity and PASMA/IPAF certifications are pluses.

Qualifications

• Experience in Facilities Management, building maintenance or engineering.
• Electrical maintenance background.
• Experience with PPM, reactive maintenance and fault finding.
• BMS experience.
• 18th Edition.
• City & Guilds Electrical Installation or equivalent.
• HV/LV experience desirable.
• PASMA / IPAF desirable.

Responsibilities

• Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance.

• Complete minor electrical works, including lighting and distribution.

Salary: £42,000-£45,000 + Healthcare + Shift Allowance
Location: Northampton
Hours: 12-hour rotating shifts
Contract: Permanent

About the Role

We’re looking for a Shift Engineer / Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a stable Facilities Management team on a business-critical commercial site in Northampton.
