Salary: £44,788 plus £9,206 shift allowance

What are we looking for?

We are seeking an Engineering Technician for our busy brewing department, where we produce approximately 5 mhl per year of popular brands. The role involves ensuring our machinery is in top condition.

Our Engineers perform corrective maintenance and support operators to ensure safe, efficient, and timely recoveries from plant stoppages, minimizing downtime and optimizing performance. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Trade qualifications (NVQ Level 3/CITB Apprenticeship or HNC Electrical/Mechanical Engineering)
  • Experience in a highly automated/safety-critical manufacturing environment (preferably in FMCG or Beverage Manufacturing)
  • Experience with planned maintenance and Computerised Maintenance Management systems
  • A mindset focused on continuous improvement, with exposure to Lean manufacturing and TPM principles
  • Confidence and ability to work autonomously
