We are looking for a Shift Engineer to join our team at Lion Plaza.

Working as a Shift Engineer you will be responsible for day-to-day servicing of the Mechanical & Electrical Infrastructure within the Building services team.

What you’ll do:

  • Day to day servicing of the Mechanical & Electrical Infrastructure and the ability to carry out breakdown maintenance on mechanical & electrical systems/equipment
  • To assist with carrying out sub-contractor inductions and putting people to work
  • Assist and cover for the lead shift engineer when required
  • To assist with any works requested by the technical services manager through to completion.
  • To attend reactive calls with contractual SLA

What you'll bring to the role:

  • Complete all tasks, including paperwork/eLogbook’s, accurately and on time; always maintaining a high standard
  • To assist the Technical Services Manager & Lead Shift Engineer to achieve and always maintain full statutory compliance
  • Ensure client satisfaction and operational expectations
  • To ensure compliance with Health and Safety requirements
  • To ensure all logbooks/records are kept up to date
  • To maintain stock levels and advise when orders need to be made
  • To understand and complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time
