Pioneer Selection is seeking a Shift Electrician for a large industrial site in Inverness. The role covers electrical maintenance across factory, yard and offices, with a focus on reliable plant operation and minimal downtime.

You will work 12‑hour rotating days and nights, in a highly automated manufacturing environment, with potential for career progression and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Electrical maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance experience.
• Recognised electrical engineering qualification.

Responsibilities

• Safe and efficient operation, maintenance and repair of electrical equipment across the factory, yard and offices.
• Work as part of an experienced engineering team to maximise plant reliability and minimise downtime.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and compliance with safety standards.
