Job summary

An industry leading FM service provider is searching for a Shift Electrical Maintenance Engineer for a flagship building in London. The role includes responsibilities such as emergency light testing, fire alarm testing, and other maintenance tasks. Ideal candidates will possess C&G / NVQ Level 3 and 18th Edition certification. This static and permanent position offers a salary of up to £53,000 per annum with continental shifts.

Qualifications

  • Candidates must have C&G / NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations.
  • Experience in building services maintenance within a commercial office environment is ideal.
  • 18th Edition certification is required.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct emergency light testing and fire alarm testing.
  • Perform maintenance on UPS, chillers, and heat exchangers.
  • Engage in electrical fault finding and testing of generators.

  • Distribution Boards
  • Transformers

Requirements:

  • C&G / NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installations (or equivalent)
  • 18th Edition
  • Experience in building services maintenance - Ideally within a commercial office environment
